NEWS - September 2008

Well it’s been a while since our last newsletter! Our last update was at the end of March when I threw Rory into the deep end as I took off on my European holiday. Since I have been back we have been just so busy and I cannot believe it is September!
Like the painter whose house needs a lick of paint, the Swish website has been screaming for a little TLC since my return from Europe. While we are careful not to let things get dated, there’s still lots we could be doing to provide a better service to our clients.

Cost, Quality, Speed - Pick 3?

There’s an old adage that applies in the commercial world and applies to pretty much all industries:
Cost - Quality - Speed … Pick two
Meaning:
- If you want something fast AND high quality - you can’t expect it to be cheap.
- If you want something cheap AND high quality - you can’t expect to get it quickly.
- And if you want something to be cheap AND you want it done quickly … you’re going to sacrifice quality.
