Moving - Trials & Tribulations

Hi everyone

Welcome to 2009! The Swish Design team had a lovely and relaxing break over Christmas and New Year - a break that just went all too fast! Rory is still on holiday till the end of this week and that’s probably been a good thing!

We are all settled in our new West Perth office now … minus one very important element - the internet! This is obviously a slight inconvenience for any business, but when part of your core business is web design, it is doubly inconvenient!!

So now it is Thursday. We had Westnet helping us on Sunday and Monday, not much help from anyone on Tuesday, Telstra paying a visit on Wednesday closely followed by the cabling guy … and the cabling guy is (hopefully) coming back today to sort everything out once and for all!

We have our fingers crossed that everything will be sorted out by the end of the week but the upshot of all this disruption is that we have only been able to do the most urgent jobs this week and I have racked up a massive bill on my Wireless Broadband card! So all of our large projects have had to shuffle back a week and we really apologise for the inconvenience but we will work twice as hard next week to bring everyone’s projects back on line.

I will keep you all updated but in the meantime, we hope you all had a safe and happy holidays and are refreshed and raring to go for the New Year
