Inbound marketing - let your customers find you!

Inbound marketing: a term used to describe methods which allow people who may be interested in your message to find you and engage with you under their own volition.
This is opposed to more traditional “outbound” marketing methods which involve sending your message out to a large group of people, many of whom are not interested in it at all (and are thus not receptive to it). Think tv/radio/press advertising. Read more »

Mind your apostrophes!!

I do a lot of reading on the web - and generally it is user generated content dashed off in two seconds (think Facebook, blogs and forums).
